The business case for care
A corporate care program gives HR and managers a positive way to open family-change conversations, plan ahead, and maintain connection through parental leave. It is a visible, consistent benefit that supports the culture your business wants to build.
A thoughtful invitation to share family changes earlier can open a more positive path for HR and managers to plan support, cover, and leave conversations.
A practical benefit turns family support from a policy document into a visible signal that growing families are valued throughout the leave journey.
Consistent touchpoints can help maintain a positive relationship with employees before leave, during the transition, and as return-to-work conversations begin.
The program may be eligible for Fringe Benefits Tax treatment in Australia, depending on how it is structured. Please confirm eligibility with your tax adviser.

A team conversation
A structured care benefit gives HR and managers a natural way to acknowledge a family change, open planning conversations, and show that parental leave is part of a supported employee journey.
Delivered to your workplace
Every box is delivered normally to the workplace while the employee is still at work. From there, the employer chooses how to make the gift feel personal and respectful, without asking the employee to manage another delivery or process.
A little party
Gather the team for a warm, celebratory handover.
A desk surprise
Leave the box ready for a thoughtful start to the day.
A private moment
Choose a quiet, personal handover between employer and employee.
A shared investment
For employers
Retention is shaped by many parts of the employee experience. A visible, consistent care benefit can help your business build trust, start better conversations, and stay connected with people through leave and return-to-work planning.
Why the benefit matters
When employees and their support people feel considered, the workplace relationship can feel more human. The boxes provide practical care while your business builds a more supportive leave experience.

Connection beyond the box
Thoughtful touchpoints can help your business stay present through leave and as return-to-work conversations begin, while leaving space for every family’s timing and needs.

With the employee’s consent, let us know when the company has been notified so the Trimester 1 + 2 box can arrive around week 12, or two weeks later.

Your team can make the handover a little party, a surprise on the desk, or a private and personal moment between an employer and employee.

The Maman Box is a wellbeing and gifting program. It does not replace medical advice, mental-health care, workplace accommodations, paid parental leave, or individual recovery support. Thoughtful support may help someone feel less alone and more cared for, but no retention, healing, return-to-work, or postpartum mental-health outcome is guaranteed.
