An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed by the payment provider and the order is created by the checkout system. We may contact you if an item, price, delivery method, or order detail needs clarification. Refreshing the page or clicking the payment control again should not create a second confirmed charge for the same checkout attempt.

The Corporate Program/Partnership is the only subscription offering currently available. Individual products listed on the website are ordered as one-time purchases. Corporate plans, scheduled deliveries, changes, cancellations, refunds, and missed shipments are handled according to the agreed arrangement and applicable consumer law.

Corporate administrators must only invite people connected with their organisation and must not request private health information. Employees and partners control their own account and consent choices. The corporate program does not give an employer access to private purchases, account credentials, or non-consented information.
