Shipping and delivery.

For individual product orders, enter a complete delivery address, including suburb, state or territory, and postcode. Workplace delivery is available only through Corporate Program and Partnership arrangements.

Orders over $150 receive free shipping. All other orders are charged $19.95 through Australia Post.

Delivery usually takes approximately 14 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by external factors including weather, public holidays, remote locations, or carrier delays. Once an order is dispatched, tracking information is added to the order when supplied by Australia Post and included in the dispatch notification.

Corporate Program shipments follow the schedule agreed during the employer or partnership arrangement. Keep the delivery details current through the programme contact and contact us before a scheduled shipment if circumstances change.
