Corporate privacy and consent.

The employer chooses the program coverage, delivery preference, and which people to invite. A corporate administrator can view company-level program information and the invitation status needed to operate the program.

The invited employee or partner creates or connects their own customer account, accepts the program terms, and chooses which fields to share. Consent is recorded with a date, purpose, and the fields selected. A participant may contact us to correct information or withdraw future sharing.

Private purchases, account credentials, private support messages, home delivery details, pregnancy-related information, due dates, and personal preferences are not visible to an employer unless the participant has expressly selected the relevant sharing option.

Corporate administrators are authenticated and restricted to their own company. Invitations expire, are single-use, and cannot be accepted twice. Activation and invitation activity are recorded for security and accountability. We may suspend access if an administrator attempts to access another company’s information or requests information outside the program purpose.

Participants can contact us if they believe information has been shared incorrectly, if they want to correct their details, or if they want to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not necessarily remove records we must retain for an order, accounting, security, or legal purpose.
